The Board’s goal is to work with local agencies to develop the resources necessary to meet individual family needs and enhance the lives of persons with developmental disabilities in Taney County.

Developmental Connections is a publicly funded Board created by the voters of Taney County in November, 1981. Formerly known as the Taney County Board for the Developmentally Disabled, Developmental Connections is a Missouri Senate Bill 40 Board that exists to foster opportunities so that each individual with a developmental disability in Taney County can reach his/her own maximum level of potential.
