Supported Employment begins with an assessment of an individual’s interests, abilities and needs to determine his or her job preferences. Job Development takes all of the assessment findings into consideration and looks for the kind of job that matches the participant. Job Coaching trains the participant on the job, providing step by step instruction and assistance with the job duties. Job Placements are accomplished in both individual and group settings. Follow Along services provide regular visits by the Job Coach to the work site to ensure that both the employee and the employer are satisfied.

Adult Day Center
Enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and older adults who have no disability through the provision of a licensed community day care program is the goal of the Adult Day Center. The program emphasizes a safe, stimulating environment designed to assist individuals with retaining and increasing skills and interests.

The Adult Day Center is licensed by the Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services. It is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Scheduled activities including music, games, dancing, mild exercise, crafts, social activities and quiet/leisure activities are providedties are provided.
